Depicting the ubiquitous hot dog carts that abound in the hubbub that surrounds Times Square, 42nd Street became the first ever New Yorker cover created on an iPhone. At West 10th Street and Broadway, the luminous (and looming) Empire State Building plays second fiddle to his oft-depicted water towers. Jorge cozies up in Brooklyn in Cranberry and Henry, Brooklyn Heights, sharing a sweet scene of snow-covered rooftops. And finally, Tenth Avenue and 22nd Street (also a New Yorker cover) marks how quickly things—even landmarks seemingly solid before our eyes—change. The featured, infamous Empire Diner has since shuttered its doors.
