A bunch of Yahoo-ligans have started a VERY, VERY SERIOUS discussion about the merits of Jason Polan’s Every Person in New York project:

Doesn’t he realize that “it will take at LEAST twenty million minutes to draw everyone in the city!?” writes one commenter, who concludes, “I don’t think he’s going to complete his project.”

Another compares his drawings to “post-modern appropriations”…how fancy!

It is my humble opinion that Jason will, in fact, complete his mission because if Jason once drew every piece of popcorn in a bag, every person in New York should be a snap.
